Fantasy Cricket Game Rules – SixerZone
Master the rules to draft better, score higher, and climb the leaderboard.
1. Squad Selection
Each user must create a fantasy team of 11 players from the actual match squads. You can select players from both competing teams.
- Maximum 7 players can be selected from a single real-life team.
- Your team must include:
- 1–4 Wicketkeepers
- 3–6 Batsmen
- 1–4 All-rounders
- 3–6 Bowlers
2. Captain & Vice-Captain Selection
Once the squad is selected, you must nominate:
- Captain: Scores 2x the points
- Vice-Captain: Scores 1.5x the points
Choose players based on current form, pitch reports, and opposition to maximize scoring impact.
3. Points System
Points are awarded based on player performance in the live match. The scoring breakdown includes:
Batting Points
- +1 per run
- +10 for a boundary (4), +20 for a six (6)
- +50 for a half-century, +100 for a century
- -5 for duck (dismissed without scoring, excluding bowlers)
Bowling Points
- +25 per wicket
- +10 for each maiden over
- +50 for three wickets, +100 for five wickets
- -5 per extra run conceded
Fielding Points
- +10 per catch
- +20 per run-out or stumping
- +30 for 3 dismissals in a match
4. Contest Types
SixerZone offers multiple fantasy contest formats:
- Practice Matches – Free to play, great for new users
- Cash Contests – Entry fee based, prize pool determined by number of participants
- Head-to-Head – Compete 1v1 for winner-takes-all
- Mega Contests – Large-scale competitions with big prize pools
5. Team Editing & Locking
Teams can be edited until the official match start time. Once the match begins, all teams are locked and no further changes can be made.
Ensure your final team and captain/vice-captain choices are confirmed before the deadline.
6. Fair Play Guidelines
- Each user must maintain only one account.
- Any form of collusion or cheating is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of fair play policies may result in suspension or permanent ban.
SixerZone reserves the right to verify any suspicious behavior or team activity during a contest.
7. Scoring Verification
Points are updated in real-time during live matches and finalized once the match ends. In rare cases of data discrepancies, final scores may be adjusted based on official match reports.
